Orders are sent through United Parcel Service (UPS) and should be received in 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Customers will receive an email as to the date an order is shipped. Packages cannot be mailed to a P.O. Box address. Alternative shipping arrangements are available upon request or if rush orders are needed. Contact Customer Service for information and rates.

Terms and Conditions of Guarantee
The Next Generation will accept returns due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage. Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded based on the discretion of management. Returns may be subject to a $15 restocking charge.
