Q: Can I Place An Order By Phone?
A: The Next Generation welcomes customers to use our toll free number (1-800-380-0735) to place an order. The Customer Service Center can also be used to answer questions regarding decorative choices and gift ideas.

Q: Can Products Be Painted Differently Than Samples Seen On the Website?
A: All of our handpainted products can be done in any of our designs. These designs can be painted in a variety of color schemes (for example, primary , pastels, etc.) at no additional charge. We also do custom-order designs. Contact Customer Service for information on placing a specialized order.

Q: How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
A: Most orders are typically completed and shipped within approximately two weeks. Exceptions may include out-of-stock items and custom orders.

The Next Generation makes every effort to accomodate requests for orders needed by a specified date. If possible, orders are rushed at no additional charge. In addition, options are available for Rush Shipping. Call Customer Service for details (1-800-380-0735).

A: Each design may vary to some degree from the sample picture shown based on the size of the product. There is also natural variations with handpainted design.
